Lowton Training Services is licensed by the ECITB to provide the Supervisory Management Training and Development programme of courses.
Working with ECITB members, Lowton Training Services helps them optimise the return on the levy paid. By running in house courses, held at member’s sites or at a venue of their choosing, LTS is able to, whenever possible, cover the training fee by the grant available from the ECITB.
The SMTD programme will be delivered to suit the current business needs, culture and working practices. All training is extremely practical. LTS is strongly committed to maximising personal potential allowing individuals to successfully achieve more, in whatever role they have, within the business.

Supervisory Management Training and Development (SMTD)
|
|
|
This programme is licensed by the ECITB and is aimed at new and experienced supervisors and first line managers who have little or no previous training. Graduates, middle managers and others wishing to improve and formalise their knowledge, understanding and awareness could also benefit.
An ECITB Certificate of Attendance is awarded on completion of each module. ECITB Certificate of Achievement can also be gained on completion of work based assignments. IOSH/ECITB Managing Safely Certificate is awarded following success in the HSE course test and post course assignment.
A grant may be available to help cover the costs of this training. Please contact your ECITB regional office for further information.
