Coaching Skills (1 day)

This course is suitable for team leaders at all levels of an organisation and for others who have a responsibility, or the need, to facilitate a person’s development to make them effective in their position, or help them towards promotion. Prior knowledge of Coaching is not assumed or required.
The aim is to enable learners to recognise when coaching an individual is appropriate and to develop and deliver a coaching programme. The course is highly interactive, with activities for delegates throughout the day.
