Supervisory Management Training and Development
This programme is licensed by the ECITB and is aimed at new and experienced supervisors and first line managers who have little or no previous training. Graduates, middle managers and others wishing to improve and formalise their knowledge, understanding and awareness could also benefit.
The programme is divided into 5 modules and includes training on managing teams and individuals, presentation skills, project management and management of health, safety and the environment.
A ECITB Certificate of Attendance is awarded on completion of each module. ECITB Certificate of Achievement can also be gained on completion of work based assignments. IOSH/ECITB Managing Safely Certificate is obtainable following success in the HSE course test and post course assignment.
Leadership and Management Skills
Short courses or a programme of courses covering all elements of leadership and management including self motivation, motivating, planning and organising, delegation, problem solving, developing others, team building and conflict resolution.
Effective Communication
Single or a programme of courses covering all elements of effective communication including presentation skills, assertivness, verbal and non-verbal communication, active listening, influencing skills and changing attitudes.
Health, Safety and the Environment
One day or a programme of courses covering all elements of health, safety and the environment including legal requirements, responsibilities, principles of risk control and prevention, safety management, auditing, reporting of accidents and incidents and environmental protection.
