Stephen Bedford
Stephen has worked with senior management across all disciplines to facilitate the design and implementation of learning and development and performance management initiatives. A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personal Development, Stephen has supported managers on an individual basis through strategic management development and coaching.

Paul Brennan
Paul has been involved in training for almost thirty years working across the UK, Europe and the Middle East. Previously a senior officer in the Royal Air Force, Paul is used to wide range of audiences and is very pragmatic, getting the best from individual delegates by delivering in the most appropriate style. Paul is a highly skilled, competent and versatile trainer and personal development facilitator, with proven team leading, problem solving and project management skills.

Phil Clarkson
Phil has a solid foundation of experience in retail and sales management together with 11 years of training and development management, co-ordination and consultancy. Phil effectively delivers theoretical based training with a practical and pragmatic approach and truly believes in delivering excellent training experiences that not only teach but also inspire people to be the best they can be.

Linda Eisenberg
Linda is a proactive organisational development professional. With the energy, resilience and ability to translate business objectives into development initiatives, Linda is an excellent trainer and coach driven to achieve targets and best practice. Linda designs and delivers a wide variety of in-house development programmes to improve business effectiveness including strategic workshops, coaching and mentoring and team building.

Catherine Hamilton
Catherine is a training and development professional with wide experience of large multinational global companies. With a quality driven and energetic approach to work, Catherine creates highly effective and industry leading learning interventions in order to drive best practise and continuous improvement culture.

Julie Kay
Julie is known for designing and delivering programmes that blend training, coaching and business improvement tasks to maximise the transfer and application of learning into the workplace. Since leaving the Royal Navy, Julie has gained a breadth of training experience in leadership and learning from a wide range of organisations in a variety of industries.

Michael Light
A former Army officer and experienced Health and Safety Manager, Michael has effectively delivered Health, Safety and the Environmental training across a wide range of industries including construction, manufacturing, facilities management and service industries. A Chartered Member of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health, Michael is known for his lively and engaging training of very serious subject.

Sandra Marshall
Sandra strongly believes training should practical in application. Although theoretical training sometimes necessary, Sandra always ensures that through practical exercises delegates always to go away with the tools fully understood and able to see how it works in the real world. Sandra has many years experience in developing and implementing coaching cultures to leadership and management development for a wide range of organisations.

Steve McClean
Steve has worked in the health and safety industry for almost 20 years, starting his career at the Health and Safety Executive before moving into health and safety training at Zurich Insurance. Steve later joined Connaught, one of the leading UK providers of health, safety and environmental training and then becoming an independent consultant in 2008. Steve has delivering health and safety training for over 10 years.

Sean McKenzie
Sean is a learning and development facilitator and change management professional with 18 years of experience in implementing change and training programmes globally. A member of the Chartered Management Institute, Sean focuses on ensuring increased individual, team and organisational performance, delivering increased efficiency and confidence to meet clients expected outcomes.

Mike Ode
Mike is a highly skilled learning and development professional with over 15 years experience working in both public and private industry sectors. His natural ability to put individuals at ease makes for an extremely enjoyable, stimulating and safe environment for all his clients to learn and perfect their new or enhanced skills. Mike is also a captivating keynote speaker and regularly speaks at local and national business events and networking forums.

Carolyn Pickin
Carolyn provides bespoke development programmes worldwide and training is always interactive, relevant, practical and highly effective. A fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personal Development and the Institute of leadership and management, Carolyn works with organisations to ensure all development shows measurable improvement.

Annabel Roberts
Annabel offers extensive and wide-ranging experience specialising in people development using a holistic and flexible approach to learning and coaching that focuses on real results. Gareth Roberts
Gareth has a wealth of experience in many areas of the construction industry including as engineering, sales, senior management and health and safety. Gareth is an IOSH accredited trainer with a track record of developing managers and individuals. Claire Tranter
Claire has over 15 years of professional learning and development experience in a wide variety of organisations and industries. A Chartered Member of the CIPD and qualified practitioner in psychometric and behavioural assessment tools, Claire’s passion is motivating, energising and inspiring others to improve their skills and performance and work more effectively with others.
