Lowton Training Services has a team of diverse and highly skilled professionals who have wide ranging experience. Tom, Joanne, Jill, Helen and Iain are some of that team.

 

Tom Courtney
Tom has been in training and development for over 20 years working in both the public and private sectors, nationally and internationally. Tom is a member of the Institute of Training and Development and the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

Tom’s areas of expertise include management and leadership, team building, performance management, presentation and facilitation skills and personal effectiveness.

Joanne McNeil
Joanne is a highly experienced Human Resources Professional with an extensive career in the Automotive, Chemical and Engineering Industries as well as the Not for Profit sector and Financial Services. A former HR & Health and Safety Director, Joanne is NEBOSH qualified.

A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, Joanne is a specialist in Industrial Relations and has worked throughout Europe, the US and the former Soviet Union States.

Jill Cox
Jill has over 15 years experience as a training and coaching professional. In Jill’s early career as a training manager for the chemical industry, she facilitated senior management teams in the design and delivery of training for both production and engineering staff. Jill’s experience extends over the giant industries of Oil and Power as well as many small to medium sized businesses.

Jill’s areas of expertise include career development, performance management, management and leadership, personal issue management and outplacement.

Iain Ranson
Iain has over 20 years experience in a variety of public and private sector companies. An extremely experienced project manager, Iain has a MBA, is a member of the Chartered Management Institute and a PRINCE II practitioner.

Iain’s expertise includes negotiation and managing change, team leadership and staff recruitment, redundancy management, effective communication, IT system integration and process design.

Helen Ranson
Helen has extensive experience of change management working for multi-national oil distribution and retail companies.

As coach and trainer Helen has trained staff in retail sales, personal development, career management, leadership skills, effective communication and stress management. Working with organisations of all types Helen is a motivational coach, negotiator and mediator.
