Lowton Training Services Limited was been delivering high quality, performance driven training for over 15 years. Founded by Steve Kelly, Managing Consultant, LTS has extensive experience in a wide variety of industries within both the private and public sector.
Steve, who has an engineering background, spent his early career in the nuclear industry developing apprentices, managers and professionals.
A member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, Steve specialises in the development and delivery of management, organisational and personal effectiveness training and coaching. Steve’s areas of expertise also include management and leadership, employee relations, supervisory skills, conflict resolution and negotiation.
LTS use reaction and application evaluation to measure effectiveness and both these processes are used to underpin a fundamental belief in continuous improvement.
Steve has brought together a team of highly skilled and broadly experienced consultants to provide training in a diverse and flexible range of programmes, delivered in a variety of highly customised services depending on personal and business needs.
